Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a massive rooftop balcony with great views, but it wasn't child-friendly due to unsafe heights. It had a dorm-room feel and was run by an adjacent restaurant, so we couldn't run a tab for drinks, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculate with plenty of fresh clean bedding and towels. I loved the nice little balcony that caught the sun from around 3 until sunset. The main courses were a bit lukewarm, and the vegetables and French fries weren't exceptional, but considering the price, I can't complain.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, and the service from the staff, especially Michel and Luigi, was top-notch. The central location near the main square of Sorrento was convenient, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience, while offering a good selection, had a few shortcomings. However, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and added to the pleasant stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying its great location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in lime, navy, and white. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff who were always welcoming and went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The facilities were modern, and the pool area well-maintained for a relaxing time under the sun.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with a stunning terrace view over the bay of Naples complemented by a recently refurbished, clean, and light room. Although the room was small with no window view and a slightly uncomfortable bed, the overall experience was good for a one-week stay.
The hotel offers clean and air-conditioned rooms that were a godsend after a long day in the heat of Sorrento. However, the rooms are small and expensive. The service from the staff, especially Maria, was fantastic and efficient. The location is brilliant for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved. The facilities are well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel has a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, while large, nice, and clean, show signs of aging. The service is friendly and accommodating overall, although there is a push to buy expensive drinks. The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions, but lacks sufficient loungers. The dining experience could be more varied and inventive.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room had a nice view over the sea towards Naples and Vesuvius, and it was tidy, essential, and clean. Coming back after a day in the sunshine, the room was cool and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with helpful advice and arrangements for shuttle service. The location was excellent, close to the center and easy to access various attractions. The dining experience, though quite basic, served its purpose. Overall, a great value for the money.
